Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


At our web design and development agency, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with the services you receive, please contact our customer service team at within thirty (30) days after the agreement is signed to discuss your concerns. We’ll do our best to address any issues and find a solution that works for you. Please note that refunds for services are not typically offered, but we are committed to working with you to ensure your satisfaction with our work. To initiate a return for web design and development services provided by us at DEVfore, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, please include it in your email and provide a brief explanation for the reason for the return.

A copy of the order or receipt/invoice may be requested by our customer service team to verify the purchase.

Once we receive your email request and RMA number, we will review the request and issue a refund if deemed appropriate. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving an RMA number from us.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your service, we will process your return or exchange request. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your request to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
