At our web design and development agency, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. To initiate a return for web design and development services provided by us at DEVfore, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, please include it in your email and provide a brief explanation for the reason for the return.
A copy of the order or receipt/invoice may be requested by our customer service team to verify the purchase.
Once we receive your email request and RMA number, we will review the request and issue a refund if deemed appropriate. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving an RMA number from us.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your service, we will process your return or exchange request.
